My name is Ron and my wife Terri and I own Studio 3 in the big city of Chapel Hill Texas, about 10 minutes from Tyler. We live with our son who is in college and our 12 year old grandson.
This blog is where you will find out what's going on at the studio, our most recent work and whats happening in our wacky little world. Our desire is to share a little about what is happening, whether about photography, the landscaping, products or just what's going on in our lives.

Super nice and fun. This is quite possibly some of the sweetest families we have ever done a wedding with. Great Christians who reflect the love of the Lord. The wedding was in the Green Acres Chapel and the reception was at the Shiner’s temple. Obviously one of the highlights of their wedding was the carriage and sunset portraits. I can;t wait to show them all the beautiful photographs Terri and I got for them…..
WAY FUN!! Terri and I have known Carla for a while since doing her sister’s wedding and knew we were going to have fun. Carla and Jeff had the ceremony and reception at the Hollytree country club and it was beautiful!
Shooting senior girls is a blast no doubt, but senior guys really are stress free, no worries about hair, the wind, and bugs and stuff. I had a great time working with Brendan. He was up for whatever and we got some really tight stuff.
We’ve known the Cagle’s for a long time. I just can’t believe how fast the girls are growing up!
The Sullivan’s are new customers for us and we really enjoyed our time with them. Gabe was throwing rocks in the pond and Abby was crossing the stream on the rocks…big big fun!
We did Blane’s one year portraits a while back and now he has sisters! Tu-tu’s are too-too cute! (sorry for the pun!)
Tiffany does modeling and I have done several sessions indoors and out over the last year or so with her for her portfolio. This time she wanted to do some “parts” to submit to agencies for make-up, jewelry and other ads. These are a couple of images I liked, she has AWESOME eyes!!!
Madison came in from Louisiana for her senior portraits, we had a blast, here is one on my favs….
